It converts water pressure to create a vacuum, which is used to sink a well through overburden down to bedrock where most of the metal content is found. This way it is not necessary to move worthless material to get to the metal or mineral. Depths of 20 feet to 30 feet have been achieved with a 5 horsepower conventional water pump. The Gold Well has no moving parts. It shapes and directs the water to create the vacuum. It is also capable of being used as a conveyer system to move liquids or solids up to one inch with a lift up to 30 feet.
